What: Intervention Mapping Who: The workshop will be facilitated by Prof. Gerjo Kok, Prof. Herman Schaalma and Dr. Rob Ruiter When: 12th – 14th August 2007 Where: The workshop will take place at Hasselt University, Belgium Accommodation: Student accommodation will be provided in Hasselt. The workshop fee will include 3 night accommodation (11th – 13th August) in single rooms with breakfsst and daily transport costs to and from the workshop venue. Bus transfers to Maastricht for the EHPS conference will be provided on August.14th. Food: Coffee, tea and water will be provided during workshop break times. Dinner will be provided on the first night (12th August). How to apply: Download the application form here. Please fill in the form and fax / mail it to Amelie Wiedemann (contact details on the form) How much: The workshop fee is €159 Euro (incl. accommodation, coffee breaks, one night dinner, bus transfer) Reduced Fee: A reduced fee of €104 applies for participants from the countries listed on the EHPS registration website as being eligible for reduced EHPS conference fees Deadline for applications: May 11th, 2007 Deadline for payment: June 15, 2007 Workshop grants: EHPS is offering 2 grants for graduate students who plan to attend the CREATE workshop but do not have sufficient financial resources. Each grant will be 300 Euros. Only participants from the countries listed as eligible for reduced fees (available on the EHPS registration website) are eligible to apply for a grant. If you are applying for a grant you must also complete and submit the CREATE application form. Application procedure: PhD students in the area of health psychology or researchers who already have a PhD in Health Psychology (but for no longer than 3 years) are welcome to participate. The workshop will be held in English. Early application is recommended because workshop places are limited. Attendance at all three workshop days is required. To attend the workshop, participants must become members of the EHPS and therefore will also receive the benefits of EHPS membership. You will receive further notification of whether or not your application has been successful after the application deadline.
